Privacy Policy
MyBusiness LineOfCredit ("we," "us," "our"), a brand of GetLendaria operated by Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through mybusinesslineofcredit.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to information we collect when you visit the Site, submit a pre-approval intake, or otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to the information practices of our lender partners once your file has been forwarded with your consent — each partner has its own privacy policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you submit a pre-approval intake we collect:
- Identifiers: your name, business name, phone number, email address.
- Business information: approximate monthly revenue, time in business, amount of credit sought, estimated personal FICO range.
- Consent records: which specific lenders you authorized to contact you, with timestamps.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use first-party cookies for session management and anti-fraud, and (if enabled) analytics cookies to understand aggregate Site usage.
1.3 Information from third parties
If you reach us through an advertising or referral partner (for example a Google or Meta ad click), that partner may share with us the referral source and campaign identifier so we can attribute your inquiry.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Produce a soft-pull credit tier estimate and APR range on the Site (no hard credit inquiry is performed at this stage);
- Forward your pre-approval file to the specific lenders you authorized in the intake, so each one can underwrite your file and return an offer;
- Communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone, text, and email;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful process, and protect our rights, your rights, and the rights of our users;
- If you opted in, send you marketing communications about MyBusiness LineOfCredit products.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in these limited ways:
- With lenders you authorized: Each lender you checked a consent box for on the pre-approval intake receives your file along with proof of your consent for that specific lender.
- With service providers: Hosting (Netlify), analytics, email and SMS delivery, fraud prevention, and legal/compliance providers — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons: If required by law, court order, or lawful process, or to defend our legal rights.
- In a business transaction: If we are acquired, merged, or reorganized, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this policy.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for stored intake files. We limit internal access to authorized personnel with a need to know. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in a manner consistent with applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your intake information for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. In general: active inquiries are retained for 24 months from last activity; TCPA consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by federal rules; aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Marketing communications: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
- Lender contact: You may revoke a specific lender's TCPA consent at any time by contacting that lender directly (methods are listed in the consent language on the intake form) or by contacting us at the address below and we will relay your revocation.
- Access, correction, deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.
- Cookies: Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Site functionality.
California residents have additional rights described in the CCPA Notice below.
7. Children
The Site is for business owners age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S.-based businesses. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. for processing under U.S. law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to users who have given us an email address, where feasible.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as MyBusiness LineOfCredit, a brand of GetLendaria (collectively, "we," "us," or "MyBusiness LineOfCredit"). By accessing the Site at mybusinesslineofcredit.com, submitting a pre-approval intake, or otherwise using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
1. The Services
MyBusiness LineOfCredit is a lender-match marketplace. We are not a lender. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, approve or deny credit, or extend credit of any kind. We route your pre-approval file to specific lenders you choose on our intake form, and those lenders — each of which has its own underwriting policies, documents, and loan agreements — decide whether to extend credit on what terms.
2. No Guarantees
- No guarantee of approval: Submitting a pre-approval intake does not guarantee that any lender will approve you, offer you credit, or offer credit at any specific rate or amount.
- Soft-pull estimates are estimates: The "Credit Tier" and "APR Range" displayed on the intake form are based on your self-reported inputs and generalized industry models. They are not an offer of credit. Final rates and terms depend on each lender's full underwriting review of your business.
- Partner lender rates are illustrative: Any rate ranges displayed for our partner lenders are illustrative examples. Final rates depend on each lender's underwriting and may differ.
3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are:
- At least 18 years old;
- The owner, officer, or authorized representative of the business you are seeking credit for, with authority to bind the business and share its information;
- Submitting accurate, complete, and truthful information;
- Located in and operating a business in the United States.
4. Your Account and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Impersonate another person or business;
- Use the Site in a way that violates law or any third party's rights;
- Attempt to interfere with or circumvent the Site's security, access controls, or rate limits;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "MyBusiness LineOfCredit" and "GetLendaria" names and marks, is owned by Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except for your own non-commercial, personal use of the Services.
The information you submit through the intake form remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and share it with the specific lenders you authorized, for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Disclaimers
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- No consequential damages: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from or related to the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Cap on direct damages: Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $100, or (b) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, for most users, is zero because the Services are free to you — the lenders pay us a referral fee when they fund a deal).
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyBusiness LineOfCredit, GetLendaria, Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any lender's rights, in connection with your use of the Services.
9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@mybusinesslineofcredit.com with a written description of the dispute. We will have 60 days to attempt resolution.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator — not any federal, state, or local court — will have exclusive authority to resolve the dispute, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for a dispute within that court's jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and we agree that any claim will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's claims and may not preside over any representative or class proceeding.
Opt-out of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@mybusinesslineofcredit.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, address, and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give you notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new "Last updated" date and, where feasible, by email to users who have given us an email address. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept them.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, TCPA Consent Terms, and any additional terms you accept, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
- Contact: legal@mybusinesslineofcredit.com for legal notices, or write to Sanctuary Capital Solutions LLC, California.
TCPA Consent Terms
These TCPA Consent Terms explain what you are agreeing to when you check a lender-consent box on our pre-approval intake form. "TCPA" is the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and its implementing rules at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200, including the Federal Communications Commission's 2024 rule requiring one-to-one consent for marketing calls, texts, and emails.
1. What You're Consenting To
Each lender-consent checkbox on our intake form authorizes one specific lender — identified by name on that box — to contact you about your pre-approval inquiry and about future promotional offers. Each box is independent. Checking one lender's box does not consent to any other lender contacting you.
When you check a specific lender's box, you give that lender your prior express written consent to contact you by:
- Phone calls, including calls using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or pre-recorded voice, or an AI-generated voice;
- Text messages, including automated or AI-generated texts;
- Email, including automated or AI-generated email.
The lender may use the phone number and email address you provided on the intake form to contact you about your inquiry and about future offers from that lender.
2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Any Purchase
You are not required to check any lender-consent box. If you don't check any boxes, we won't send your file to any lender, but you can still contact a lender directly if you want.
3. Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages and calls. Message frequency varies depending on the lender and the stage of your application.
4. How to Opt Out
- Texts: Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts from that lender. Reply HELP for support.
- Emails: Use the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email from the lender.
- Phone calls: Tell the caller you wish to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list, or write to the lender's TCPA opt-out address (included in the lender's privacy policy).
- Through us: You can email us at compliance@mybusinesslineofcredit.com with the lender name(s) you want to revoke consent for, and we will forward your request to those lenders.
Opting out of one lender does not opt you out of other lenders you consented to. Each is independent.
5. Record of Consent
We retain a record of each consent you give — including the lender name, the exact text of the consent language shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, and the device used — for a minimum of 5 years, as required by the FCC's one-to-one consent rule.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

We collect personal information directly from you (through the intake form), automatically from your device (cookies, device data), and from referral partners if you arrive at the Site through an advertisement or referral.
3. Purposes for Collection and Use

- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., when retention is required for legal compliance);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;

- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — not applicable here because we don't collect sensitive personal information through the pre-approval intake;
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.
8. Shine the Light
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
